life right now

They are on a roll.

I have become meals on wheels.

Her mommy goes back to work this Thursday.
I officially get to start keeping her on Friday.
Finally, I won't have to share.
Except for some lap room.
I am ready for some rocking
and some reading,
some poop, some spit-up
and a whole lotta kissing.

  1. Let the games begin! You wear a lot of HATS...

  2. You are going to have so much fun, along with the hard work. Taking care of our babies is the most important job on the entire planet, there is no amount of money that could even begin to pay for it. But as much as you love it, it is hard. I remember. Maybe someday I will have the time, opportunity and health to do it. Have fun-- wonderful Miss Janie. :)

  3. These pictures are so so (SO) fabulous.

My heart just smiled. Could you hear it?

Thanks for sharing and enjoy the ride, my friend.

  4. It is that time of year... enjoy your fabulous baby time! Oh just the smell of a fresh out of the oven babe, nothing like it.

  5. A squeaky porch swing is perfect with those two little beauties.

  6. I like this season of life. Just when the new baby smell starts to wear off, along comes another!

  7. seeing those tractors put a squeeze on my heart. oh how i miss the country. need a visit home in a bad way:( so happy you get to keep those babies soon. i hope your daughter knows how lucky she is to have her momma.

  8. I know it's alot of work, but I've always, always wanted to be a "farmers wife" to deliver meals and stuff like that. and don't even get me started on how envious I am that you get to keep grandbabies! Have a great week.

  9. Janie, you are going to be one busy lady. But also happy, I can see that. Ann

  10. some poop, some spit-up.....Believe it or not my heart also craves this....must be those hormones!!

Thanks for reading my blather. I read every comment. They make my heart happy!
